Oxford Crest Toowoomba, featuring 70 spacious units, was officially opened by Toowoomba Mayor, Dianne Thorley, on September 11, 2004. At the opening, Mayor Thorley described the village as “a wonderful development for Toowoomba” providing “an essential link to our seniors” and quipped “have you got a unit for me?”
