Beautifully situated across the road from the beach, Oxford Crest Beachmere Waters’ residents enjoy gentle, sea breezes all year round.
Opened on February 1, 2003, Beachmere Waters offers 64 comfortable units, each with a private carport.
Beachmere Waters’ units comfortably accommodate both single and married couples. All units feature a large ensuite, large built-in robe with sliding door, and kitchenette. Front and back doors to each allow for flow-through breezes and create comfortable verandah-style sitting areas.
The village’s excellent clubhouse overlooks a lake full of fish, with an outdoor area by the water perfect for relaxed get-togethers. Spacious, landscaped gardens and outdoor areas are a great place to sit for a morning cuppa and chat. For those rainy days, there is a well-stocked library to choose a good book and let your imagination wander.
Conveniently, a bus stop is located just outside, which also connects to rail. The local shopping centre is just a short walk away and a doctor is situated just down the road.

Beachmere Waters – How to Find Us
Coming from Brisbane travelling north along the Bruce Highway:
Take the Bribie Island exit (Caboolture and Beachmere are also marked)
Follow signs around, crossing back over the highway
Turn right at the traffic lights onto Beachmere Road (follow clearly marked signs)
Follow for approximately 15km to the end
Turn right into Biggs Avenue.
Beachmere Waters is located approximately 550 metres on the right.
