Whitehill Gardens

Oxford Crest acquired the management rights to Whitehill Gardens village’s first 40 units in June 2003. In August 2004, Oxford Crest opened an additional 40 new studio apartments.

Stage one living includes ten extra-large open floor plan one-bedroom units for married couples and 30 standard one-bedroom single apartments. The units feature large ensuites, large built-in robes with sliding doors, and kitchenette. Reverse cycle air-conditioning to ensure you will be kept cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a lovely courtyard perfect for you to sit outside and have a cuppa or enjoy some gardening.
The village’s stage two studios are designed to suit singles and feature front and back door entrances, large bathroom and kitchenette with reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Whitehill Gardens is a gated community in Raceview with lush, established gardens that make a daily stroll around the grounds something to look forward to.

A swimming pool provides the perfect place to exercise – or just relax. Two large indoor games/function areas and a large resident’s clubhouse are a feature. Meal and linen services are also available.
Don’t feel like cooking? Take advantage of our optional meal service, home-style meals which includes a two-course lunch every day.

Whitehill Gardens is centrally located to shopping centres, with a bus stop connecting to rail directly outside. Oxford Crest Whitehill Gardens is just 50 metres from the Raceview Tavern, while the Brother’s Leagues Club is just minutes’ drive away. Both venues are favourites with locals and popular entertainment spots.
