Riverhills Gardens
As the first village developed and opened under the Oxford Crest banner, Oxford Crest River Hills Gardens in Eagleby is a special place. Stage one was opened with 30 spacious apartments in August 2002, while stage two opened in November 2003, with an additional 42 apartments. Oxford Crest at Eagleby is a gated community, cleverly configured in lots of two, four and six units.
River Hills Gardens’ units feature a large ensuite, large built-in robe with sliding door, and kitchen. Front and back doors to each unit allow for flow-through breezes and create comfortable verandah-style sitting areas. The unit comfortably accommodates both singles and married couples, and small pets are welcome.

Eagleby Plaza shopping centre is located across the road. A bus stops outside the village and connects with both the Brisbane city bus and trains to the Sunshine and Gold Coasts.

Coming from Brisbane along the Pacific Motorway, southbound:
- Take Exit Number 34 into Brigade Street
- Turn right into Riverhills Road (Beenleigh Cemetery on the corner)
- Turn left into Fryar road (Eagleby Shopping Plaza on the corner)
- Oxford Crest Eagleby is on the corner of Fryar and Riverhills Road with entry from Fryar Road.
